TOTE TEN TO FOLLOW RETURNS WITH £250,000+ WORTH OF PRIZES

Today, the UK Tote Group is delighted to announce the return of Tote Ten to Follow.

The ever-popular game is back for the 2019/20 National Hunt season after a five-year hiatus. It will cost £5 to pick a stable and be in with a chance of winning at least £250,000 worth of prizes and the more people play, the bigger the prizes. There will also be a free-to-play version with a £10,000 prize to the winner.

Tote Ten to Follow registration will launch later in November. The game will run from Saturday 30th November to Saturday 25th April 2020.

Any customer who registers their interest before the end of Monday 18th November will be in with a chance to win two tickets to Gold Cup Day at the Cheltenham Festival on Friday 13th March 2020.

Key components for playing the new Tote Ten to Follow are as follows:

  • Players pick a stable of ten horses to represent them for the 2019/20 National Hunt season;

  • Horses accumulate points throughout the season on the follow points basis:

    • A Grade 1 is worth 25 points

    • A Grade 2 is worth 20 points

    • A Grade 3 is worth 15 points

    • Any listed race is worth 12 points

    • Any other race is worth 10 points

  • There are 15 bonus races which are worth an additional 25 points to the winner and 12 points to the runner up, as well as extra points based on the payout of a £1 each-way bet with the Tote. The 15 bonus races and full details of the scoring system are listed on the Tote Ten to Follow registration page;

  • The stable with the most points at the end of the season will win the top prize of a minimum of £175,000 but could be more depending on entry numbers. In addition, there will be a £10,000 prize for the player with the most points in each month for December 2019 to March 2020 inclusive.

The relaunch of Tote Ten to Follow is the first development announced by the UK Tote Group since the company took full ownership of the Tote last month.

Alongside Tote Ten to Follow, the UK Tote Group has revealed the new look for the Tote. This has been reimagined for a modern era:
