BEFORE ENTERING THIS COMPETITION FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN TICKETS TO THE EVENT IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS GIVEAWAY CAN BE CLAIMED. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.
These Terms & Conditions apply to this social giveaway.
1) Competitions are only available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3) By entering into this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4) The prize for this competition is 5 pairs of 2 tickets to The Tote Ten to Follow Preview Night on Monday 18th November 2019.
5) To qualify for this competition on Twitter, you must reply and Retweet or Quote + Retweet the competition tweet, including the handle or name of the person you would bring to the event. You must also Click ‘follow' on the official Tote Twitter page (@ToteRacing). Fans who already ‘follow' the official Tote Twitter page may submit their entry without clicking Follow.
6) To qualify for this competition on Facebook, you must comment underneath the competition post with who you would bring to the event and then Share the post. You must also click ‘Like' on the official Tote Facebook page. Fans who already ‘like' the official Tote Facebook page may submit their entry without clicking Like.
7) Only one entry per person regardless of the method used to enter.
8) Tote reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
9) Winners will be chosen at random.
10) Tote will notify all winners within 48 hours of the competition closing via social media. The winners will be asked to provide us within 48 hours of notification with their name, email address, a contact telephone number and mailing address including postcode.
11) When contacted, you must supply proof of age and mailing address as requested. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the prize until such proof of eligibility has been confirmed or if such proof is not provided on request to disqualify the entrant from the competition and another winner will be selected based on the selection criteria detailed in the competition.
12) If we do not receive contact or proof of age and address from a winner within 92 hours of notification and/or a winner does not wish to accept the prize, another winner will be selected based on the selection criteria detailed in the competition.
13) Tote reserves the right to rescind the prize.
14) There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for any of the prizes offered.
15) Where ticket prizes are provided, it is the sole responsibility of the winner(s) (and guest/s where applicable) to arrange their travel to and from the destination, to ensure that they arrive in time, and to arrange any accommodation required. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any failure of the winner/s (or their guest/s) to comply with this term.
16) Ticket prizes are subject to the event holder's terms and conditions of entry.
17) For ticket prizes, winner/s (and their guests where applicable) are responsible for any insurance, medical costs plus all other expenses including but not limited to meals, refreshments, spending money and any other incidental expenses which are not included as part of a prize unless otherwise stated.
18) Any prize or any of its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or commissioned.
19) Tote is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of a prize or for any inability of the prize winner/s (or their guests where applicable) to take up a prize.
