UK Tote Group strengthens executive leadership team.

Eugene Delaney – Chief Commercial Officer, B2B ‍ ‍

Eugene Delaney joins the Tote's executive team to lead its B2B operations across the company's International and UK business pillars.

He brings more than 20 years' senior commercial and operational leadership experience across the sport, media, horseracing and B2B betting and data sectors, having held leadership positions including Managing Director of Podium at PA Media Group, B2B Director at Spotlight Sports Group, Head of B2B at Racing Post and Commercial Manager at Paddy Power.

Delaney will lead the continued growth of the Tote's partnerships with racecourses, operators and international pool partners, while driving the operational excellence needed to support the company's next phase of growth.

Paddy Desmond – Group Chief Operating Officer‍ ‍

Paddy Desmond has been promoted from Chief Revenue Officer to Group Chief Operating Officer, assuming operational leadership across the UK Tote Group business with responsibility spanning product, customer experience, marketing and revenue.

He brings extensive experience across betting, gaming and horseracing, having previously held senior commercial positions at Paddy Power and Flutter Entertainment, alongside roles at the British Horseracing Authority. His experience combines commercial leadership with a deep understanding of the sport's governance and long-term sustainability.
